Beach volleyball. It's my passion. At times, my irrational passion. I spend more $$ pursing it than I make, my skin is staining on my forehead from the sun, my knees are much closer to those of a 60 year old than a 30 year old... but to hell with all of that. This sport lights my fire, helps me enjoy a feeling of "aliveness", pushes me to live in the present moment, unites my intuition-body-and-mind, and aside from the spiritual mambo jambo it gets me traveling the country and world, and growing friendships with some of the best people I could hope to encounter. People that play beach volleyball do it because they love it, and in my book people that pursue a heart felt passion (likely sacrificing something in order to do so) are candy in the grocery store of life. Or maybe I should say they are delicious fruit, because fruit is 'good for you'. Anyway, you get the confectionery point. In the pages of this website I will hopefully capture the realities of the game played at the professional level, offer some helpful advice, and keep fans and critics alike up to date on the latest Volley Venture.
