Here are some samplings of beach and gym workouts. During the off-season months we hit the indoor gym hard. Once the pre-season months start we mix it up by getting into the sand for as much of our agility and quickness work as possible. It’s vital to keep up your performance training throughout the long season too, so my coach Rett Larson customizes workouts for us that factor in recovery periods and travel schedules. Simply - we workout all year round (pre-season, in season, and off-season).
